New Delhi: PerformAce has announced the appointment of Rishi Bhatnagar as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening the company’s financial leadership at a critical stage of its growth.
With more than 13 years of diverse experience across audit, corporate law, taxation, accounts, and finance, Rishi Bhatnagar brings a proven track record of building financial discipline and enhancing operational efficiency. His leadership includes a year in senior operational roles, underscoring his ability to align financial governance with long-term organizational strategy.
Before joining PerformAce, Rishi Bhatnagar held key positions at Grant Thornton (GT), where he was responsible for finance process outsourcing, managing multi-location accounting functions, and serving as Financial Controller across industries.

His experience also includes mapping business requirements, implementing cost-reduction systems, and improving financial governance to support sustainable business growth.
During his tenure at Grant Thornton, Rishi Bhatnagar successfully established an Audit Software Helpdesk in India for GT member firms in collaboration with GTI teams and developers. He also spearheaded initiatives for multinational clients to simplify accounting, reporting, and compliance in highly regulated business environments.
